Amazing Outwell Maryland XL Tent 10 Berth Very spacious with a "kitchen" entrance area with two optional doors. Great space for cooking equipment / fridge / etc. 4 double bedrooms (2 either side of living room) these can be unzipped to make 2 huge bedrooms Great to use as bedrooms or as a storage / changing room Large living area in the middle which easily takes a table and 5 chairs and storage units etc. Lots of space for rainy days if everybody needs to be inside. Very high ceiling, husband can stand up with lots of space above his head and he is 6 ft 2" There is a fully sewn in groundsheet Strong steel poles which are colour coded and very easy to put up. 2 people = 30 mins The bedrooms are kept inside when put up There are windows with curtains all round (including the porch/kitchen area) and even on the roof in the living space! Basically a tunnel tent with side porch and entrances Only used a handful of times The tent is stored in a large "holdall" type bag with a handle at the top and wheels and the poles in a separate bag 2 x door mats included Instructions are printed on a huge label inside the bag It has just been coated in Fabsil to maintain its water proofing layer There is a very small patch on the floor under one of the bedrooms , just where a small stone made a hole but it is sealed and not a problem!
